STROFT GTP Typ E - Braided Line

This line is ideal for all types of fishing where minimum stretch with the highest possible tensile strength and a perfectly flat surface are required. It has silent top casting properties and the finest braiding in a multi-strand process. The line is made from the highest quality peak micro UHMWPE fibres.

The "E" stands for "even", i.e. "even", "uniform", "uniform". Type E is just as round and tightly braided as type R. The main difference is that the peak UHMWPE individual fibres are distributed over more strands than is the case with type R, which means that the dimples are considerably smaller. They are barely perceptible, which is immediately noticeable when you stroke the surface of this line. Although it does not quite achieve the surface smoothness that characterises type S (type S is unrivalled on the market), this type E already presents a surface quality that is clearly superior to other so-called 8X braided lines. And this "evenness" in the surface is not produced by "grouting" or "coating", as is usually the case, but is created solely by the braiding process, which has been further modified and refined here compared to type R. As a result, this line is significantly quieter than the R type when casting and running through the guides, making it the perfect alternative for all anglers who find the running noise of the R type annoying. Due to the very strong braiding, it is of course also possible to produce a self-clamping spliced loop (see catalogue).
