Allows mounting on a flat surface or on the DAM® Glue-On Mount Base, for use on a dinghy or belly boat. Although it is labelled as a "Rod Holder Mount", it can accommodate various other DAM® boat accessories, such as fish finder mounts or transducer mounts.
