This filleting knife from Mustad is perfect for filleting fish. Various sizes from 7" - 9" are available. This allows you to cover the whole range from smaller fish to large predators. It has a super soft golf handle that provides an excellent grip when filleting. The curved blade provides a better working angle to cut as close to the bone as possible to maximise results. The blade has no bolster, allowing the entire blade to be used and making sharpening easy.
