Mustad Fillet Knife Blue
This filleting knife from Mustad is perfect for filleting fish. Three different sizes from 7" (18cm) - 9" (23cm) are available. This allows you to cover the whole range from smaller fish to large predators. It has a double moulded, ergonomic handle with a non-slip texture and has been designed with comfort and excellent balance in mind. The curved blade provides a better working angle to cut as close to the bone as possible to maximise results. The blade without bolster allows the entire blade to be used and makes sharpening easier. The knife has a medium bend.
