Savage Gear Nordic Bait Fish Rig Circle Hook 500g

Savage Gear Nordic Bait Fish Rig Circle Hook 500 g – Halibut Dead Bait Rig

The Savage Gear Nordic Bait Fish Rig Circle Hook 500 g is specifically designed for demanding natural bait fishing targeting halibut and other powerful saltwater predators. Combining a robust construction with attractive visual features, this heavy-duty rig is particularly suitable for boat fishing in Norway and other northern waters.

The 500 g anti-tangle weight helps present large baitfish effectively, even in stronger currents and deeper water.

Its highly visible UV-active and luminous colours create additional visual attraction, helping draw the attention of curious saltwater predators towards the bait.

Another standout feature is the spinner blade positioned in front of the hook. As the rig moves, the blade produces additional flashes and visual stimuli. Glow beads provide further attraction and enhance the overall presentation.

An ultra-sharp circle hook provides reliable hooking performance. Its specially curved shape is designed to catch in the corner of the fish's mouth under steady tension, making it particularly suitable for targeting large halibut with natural baits.

The 270 cm leader is made from 100% pure fluorocarbon with a diameter of 1.0 mm. It offers a strong and durable connection for demanding heavy saltwater fishing applications.

Whether fishing large dead baitfish for halibut or targeting other powerful marine predators, the Nordic Bait Fish Rig offers a combination of effective bait presentation, visual attraction and dependable strength.
