The Ron Thompson Sea-Rig 6 – Reflector UV is a professionally designed mackerel leader that has been specially developed to achieve maximum catch rates in open water and coastal areas. Like all Sea-Rigs from Ron Thompson, this model has been tested, tuned and perfected to deliver optimal results in real fishing conditions.

The special advantage of this rig lies in the UV-reflective materials, which create strong light stimuli underwater. Mackerel and coalfish in particular respond extremely reliably to UV effects, which is why this rig is ideal for bright, cloudy and deep water layers.

The rig is 120 cm long and consists of a robust 0.55 mm main line and a finer 0.45 mm hooklink, offering a perfect balance of strength and natural bait presentation. The hook size 2/0 is ideal for mackerel, small cod, coalfish and similar predators.
