Penn Mag4 is a high performance multiplier reel designed for long distance casting on both British and European coasts. Specialists use this reel to create the casting distances every shore angler dreams of. Features include a fingertip instantaneously adjustable knob for an advanced magnetic braking system, extra strong CNC gear technology and a live-spindle system that allows the reel to run completely free inside the reel body. This ensures a smooth operation during throwing. This reel series has a magnetic brake with HT-100 brake discs. The reel is equipped with 7 ball bearings. It has a braking force of 9kg and a gear ratio of 6.1:1. The reel has a retrieve per turn of 73cm. This reel is available as 515 or 525 model. These reels have a cult following and are a top seller for all surf anglers.
