The DAIWA Seahunter X Pilk Herring is the dedicated herring rod in the Seahunter X range. It is designed specifically for the demands of fishing with paternoster rigs: clear bite indication, good casting distance and enough power to lift multiple hooked fish safely on board or onto the bank.

The rod features a slightly softer tip, which makes bites easy to detect and shows the movement of the rig clearly. At the same time, the strong backbone provides the power reserves needed when fishing heavier multi-hook setups or lifting several fish at once.

With a length of 2.70 m and a casting weight of 30–60 g, the Seahunter X Pilk Herring is ideal for classic herring fishing from boat, pier or shore. The Extra Fast / Fast action combines a sensitive upper section with quick power transfer.
