The composite carbon blank is extremely durable and built for tough battles with powerful saltwater species. Even during intense fights with smaller tuna, amberjack, mahi mahi and similar warm-water predators, the rod delivers the strength and control needed. Its progressive action supports smooth fish-playing performance and even power distribution under load.

For maximum reliability, the BG Big Game is equipped with strong, practical components. The heavy-duty metal reel seat keeps the reel firmly in place, even under heavy pressure. This setup is completed by a strong EVA handle and a solid aluminium cross-slot gimbal butt cap.

The BG Big Game is available in two powerful versions. The stronger 30-50 lb model features a roller tip guide and is made for especially heavy loads. The slightly softer 20-30 lb version comes with a standard tip guide with ceramic insert and offers a somewhat finer setup.
