This 8-inch fillet knife is made of high quality materials. The blade is made of special quality German stainless steel and coated with DuPont ™ Teflon® to increase the corrosion resistance and the knife to be able to move through the fillet completely effortless. The handle has an ergonomic comfort design with durable polypropylene, so it is soft and non-slip in hand. Comes complete with a durable, rigid safety sheath with thumb lock and cord cutting channel.
